NebrasKard is a reciprocal borrowing program that
allows library users from a participating library to
directly borrow materials from other participating
libraries in addition to their home library.

The purpose of the NebrasKard program is to provide
Nebraska citizens with direct access to more library
and information resources.

A public library must currently be accredited by
the Nebraska Library Commission in order to
issue NebrasKard stickers or key chain keys.
