All video conferences are scheduled through the Nebraska Video Conferencing Network. Please call 402-471-4139. |

Room Restoration Charge |
|
If staff is rquired to return the room to its original configuration after your conference, there will be a $50 charge. |

Confidentiality |
|
When you schedule a Nebraska Video Conference Network site, you will recieve training 15-30 minutes prior to your video conference, if necessary. This will allow you to operate the video conference equipment without the necessity of a technician in the room. Your video conference is completely confidential between the sites. |
